How to open the Systems2win Link Icons window

If the following conditions are met, then the Insert Link Icon menu option will be active in the Systems2win menu:

Your computer has the Systems2win add-in installed and registered
You are using a working document created from a licensed version Systems2win template version 5.1 or higher (Link Icons are not available in a Trial version)
Your license for this template (or bundle of templates) has been activated
The active worksheet is not a SampleHelp page
(or other worksheet that does not allow images to be edited)
If this is a Word document, it must be unlocked

If the above conditions are met,
simply select Systems2win menu > Insert Link icon

Tips for printing web pages (like this one)
Option 1) Print in landscape. Internet Explorer - File > Page Setup > Landscape.
