Last Chance for Unlimited Users
Our current Version 5 templates will be the
last templates licensed for unlimited users. In February,
Systems2win will begin shipping Version 6 templates, and on the
transition date the only difference between
Version 5 and Version 6 will be that Version 6 templates will be
licensed on a per seat basis, and Version
5 templates will be the last templates licensed for unlimited users.
If you
later decide to upgrade a few users to take advantage of future improvements
in Version 7 or 9 or 11, your Version 5 templates can continue to
be used by unlimited users within
your
licensed company, division, or location... forever.
Version 5 templates have recently been upgraded to support Excel
2007 and Windows Vista and international versions of Windows and
Excel, and have been enhanced with hundreds
of new features, so they
will continue to be very useful for many years.
In fact, the new Sync features will be more useful in Version 5
than in any later version - precisely because Version 5 will be the
only version to allow you to distribute your own personalized Excel
and Word templates to every person in your company - (not just per-seat licensed users). You can even use Systems2win Sync to distribute
your own (non-Systems2win) Word and Excel templates.
Think of your custom Excel forms like your Expense Report form, Vacation
Request form, Time Card... distributed automatically to every user
in your company. Free.
