Your personalized Systems2win templates will be
delivered by email to
you (Purchasing Contact), your IT Contact, and your Primary User (if different)
within 1 business day of
receiving everything needed to process your order.
- Provide payment
If you purchased directly from Systems2win and used a payment method other than credit card,
follow the instructions for Alternate Payment Methods
- Send us your logo - which will be used to personalize your documents
If you don't send us you logo, your order will be delayed unless you contact us immediately to explain your situation, and work out a plan for what to do.
If your company doesn't have a logo image, either:
a) Send us a Word doc with your company name in the font & colors the way you want them, and we will create a logo image that looks similar, or...
b) We can create a simple image with your Company Name in a color of blue that matches our template color scheme.
If your logo is about to change...
You can either wait to process your order,
or receive your templates with a temporary logo
(which you can manually replace at any time), or pay us to mass change your logo later.
If this is an upgrade...
we will follow the instructions you gave when you completed your order form - to either wait for your new logo - or to use the one we already have on file.
Logo format
Almost any non-proprietary image format will do: tif, bmp, png, jpg, gif...
Please do not send a proprietary image format, such as Micrographix, Photoshop, etc.
Please do not insert the logo within a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document.
We will resize your logo for you (to fit within a space that is a maximum of .75" high and 2" wide) - so the larger the better.
The higher the resolution the better.
Email your logo to fulfillment@systems2win.comTip: Perhaps forward this information to your Marketing Department or whomever is most likely to know the most about your logo image files.

Once we have received everything needed to complete your order, your personalized templates will be emailed to you the next business day.
If your purchased directly from Systems2win, your invoice
will be attached to the same email that delivers your templates.
If you purchased from an authorized reseller, your invoice
will be delivered by your authorized reseller.
